UK Delivery

Premium next day delivery is £5.95*

  • Delivered by Royal Mail. Orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery including Saturdays.
    Tracking will be available on all orders and a signature will be required.
  • *Please be aware that Premium next day delivery is NOT guaranteed although 98% of orders will be delivered by the next working day.
  • Please allow 3 working days before contacting us.

UK standard delivery is £3.95

  • Delivered by Royal Mail. Orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same day and aim to deliver in 2 to 3 working days including Saturdays.
    Tracking will be available on all orders and a signature will be required.
  • Please allow 3 working days after the due date before contacting us.

 

 

International Delivery

  • Delivery to Europe is £9.99.
  • Delivery to USA/Canada is £9.99.
  • Delivery to the rest of the world is £25.00.

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery before contacting us.

Please note that deliveries to certain international destinations may not be achievable and your order could be canceled if your order contains a large number of items (particularly footwear). If this is applicable to your order our customer service team will contact you before processing your order.

 

 

Duty And Customs

The Cream Store Ltd is not liable for any customs charges that are applicable to the country of delivery. If you are unsure of customs charges please contact your local customs/tax office.

 

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can request a refund or exchange*.

We can refund or exchange any products that are:

  • Purchased within the last 14 days
  • Sellable

When returning shoes, please do not use the shoe box as a postage box. The shoe box makes up part of the product and if damaged, or written on we cannot refund or exchange. Shoe boxes must be complete and unmarked.

All items returned must be in perfect saleable condition. We reserve the right to decide if an item is sellable. If an item is not sellable we cannot offer a refund or exchange. In order to as satisfy sellable, items must meet the following:

  • Tags have not been removed
  • Items don’t smell of smoke, perfume, aftershave.
  • Have not been washed
  • Unmarked, not soiled or damaged in any way.
  • Shoe soles are unmarked
  • Shoes not worn outside
  • Shoe boxes are unmarked and not written on.

Items must be received back to us within 14 days of purchase, this includes postage time. Please allow 3-5 working days for items to get back to us. We aim to process returns within 3 working days of them arriving.

You will receive an email notification once your refund/exchange is complete. If you request an exchange but we are unable to fulfill, we will issue a refund. Please check that the item that you wish to exchange for is in stock before sending the item back to avoid any disappointment

It is the customer’s responsibility to cover postage costs for any returned items.

International Returns

Customers are fully responsible for the goods until we have received them back. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Ensure any customs labels are marked as “RETURNED GOODS”. The Cream Store is not responsible for any customs charges.

Cancelling Your Order

For any reason, you want to cancel your order please get in contact with us via telephone as soon as possible, so we can cancel your order before it is fore fulfilled. If the purchased items have already been shipped off they can be returned as a normal return.
