Best known for his exploration of identity through the medium of textile, East London based, Sheffield born artist Corbin Shaw explores the rites and rituals of British youth with this unique iteration of the Fred Perry Shirt. through the medium of textiles. He’s perhaps best known for his unique take on the St George’s cross as well as his love for the north of England and breaking the stigma around traditional gender roles. Through this collaboration, Corbin pens a love-letter to Sheffield as well as creating his own version of a school leavers shirt – a coming of age rite of passage and a piece of art in its own right.
