Hoptimist is a Danish design brand best known for its cheerful, spring-based figurines that bounce when touched.
The concept was created in 1968 by designer Gustav Ehrenreich, who wanted to capture pure joy and optimism in a simple, physical form. Each Hoptimist figure—typically shaped like a rounded character with a big smile and a spring for a body—literally “hops” or jiggles happily when nudged.
Today, Hoptimist continues to produce these playful figures in Denmark in a variety of designs, colours, and materials (including wood, plastic, and limited editions). They’ve become a symbol of happiness, positive energy, and Scandinavian minimalism, often gifted to spread good vibes in homes or workplaces.

I'm from Birmingham and now live in nuneaton, I usually go back there to shop, having visited cream I will mostly stay put. Tom was extremely helpful, polite and displayed excellent customer service. I'm no fashion guru so he took the time to show me some rather nice garms. Thankyou Tom loving my new clothes.

Never shopped online but the store is spot on. Staff are always friendly, helpful and always up for a chat. You're definitely made to feel comfortable and the service is top notch. Great range of garments and it's amazing to have a place like this locally, no where else really compares in terms of a brick and mortar store for these kind of clothes.

Such a unique shop with with good staff. I met the owner many years ago when he was located in smaller shop and to see how much it has grown the standard is still at the highest point all these years later. I look forward to the 28 mile trip knowing I’m coming back with something every time.
