The Throwshirt Flex is KAVU's own take on the shirt-jacket hybrid, cut in a relaxed fit with a half-zip mock neck and built from a 98% cotton/2% stretch blend that gives it genuine give through the shoulders and arms. The YKK zipper with its fabric pull and interior self-fabric neck tape keep things comfortable right up at the collar, while the front chest pocket - finished with patterned webbing detailing and a hook-and-loop closure - adds a bit of KAVU's signature outdoor character alongside the lower hand pockets. Gusseted underarms and hook-and-loop adjustable sleeve cuffs mean it moves properly with you rather than restricting your reach, and the back drop-tailed hem with its custom rope drawcord system is a genuinely useful detail for cinching things in against the wind. It's an easy layer to throw on over a tee for anything from a hike to a day around town, substantial enough to work as a light jacket on its own but still flexible enough thanks to the stretch content in the fabric. The considered pocket and cuff detailing throughout make it feel like a piece built by people who actually spend time outdoors, rather than a fashion-first shirt-jacket copying the look without the function.

Never shopped online but the store is spot on. Staff are always friendly, helpful and always up for a chat. You're definitely made to feel comfortable and the service is top notch. Great range of garments and it's amazing to have a place like this locally, no where else really compares in terms of a brick and mortar store for these kind of clothes.

This is a great store - lovely range of clothes and brands. Well laid out store so easy to find what you’re after or just browse. Friendly and efficient staff make your visit to the store easy and smooth. One of my favourite stores in this much improved area of the city centre.

Such a unique shop with with good staff. I met the owner many years ago when he was located in smaller shop and to see how much it has grown the standard is still at the highest point all these years later. I look forward to the 28 mile trip knowing I’m coming back with something every time.

I'm from Birmingham and now live in nuneaton, I usually go back there to shop, having visited cream I will mostly stay put. Tom was extremely helpful, polite and displayed excellent customer service. Love coming here for cool home accessories that have a streetwear vibe. They stock a lot of nice bits that you don’t find elsewhere! Really nice store and friendly staff. What Sheffield has been missing :)
