The Mount sits in the space between overshirt and jacket, and the reversible construction is what sets it apart from the rest of Wax London's outerwear - flip it and you get a fully quilted reverse side, effectively giving you two distinct looks and two different levels of warmth from a single piece. The heavyweight wool-blend fabric has a distinctive bobble texture running through it that gives real depth up close, finished with two front patch pockets and the same sustainably-sourced corozo nut buttons used across Wax's overshirt range. Cut in a regular fit designed for comfortable layering, the Mount is built to go over a knit or shirt without feeling restrictive, and the reversible quilted side means it can genuinely double up as a lighter jacket on its own when the bobble-wool face feels like too much texture for the day. It's a considered, slightly heritage-leaning piece that's built to last rather than chase a trend - dry clean only, which tells you everything about the quality of the wool blend it's made from.

I'm from Birmingham and now live in nuneaton, I usually go back there to shop, having visited cream I will mostly stay put. Tom was extremely helpful, polite and displayed excellent customer service. I'm no fashion guru so he took the time to show me some rather nice garms. Thankyou Tom loving my new clothes.

Never shopped online but the store is spot on. Staff are always friendly, helpful and always up for a chat. You're definitely made to feel comfortable and the service is top notch. Great range of garments and it's amazing to have a place like this locally, no where else really compares in terms of a brick and mortar store for these kind of clothes.

Such a unique shop with with good staff. I met the owner many years ago when he was located in smaller shop and to see how much it has grown the standard is still at the highest point all these years later. I look forward to the 28 mile trip knowing I’m coming back with something every time.

This is a great store - lovely range of clothes and brands. Well laid out store so easy to find what you’re after or just browse. Friendly and efficient staff make your visit to the store easy and smooth. One of my favourite stores in this much improved area of the city centre.
